For Candidates

Candidates must register on the website.

During the registration process, the phone number are non-mandatory fields.

The LinkedIn profile link is mandatory. It is highly recommended that candidates maintain an up to date LinkedIn profile.

Candidates are not required to upload their resume.

Recruiters will reach out to candidates through LinkedIn.

Candidates must log in once every 15 days to confirm they are still looking out and do not have an offer in hand.

For Recruiters

Recruiters must register on the website.

Recruiters must register using their agency email address. Popular email domains like gmail, yahoo, hotmail are blocked for registration. The purpose is to restrict the site use to genuine recruiters.

Recruiters must provide a valid linkedIn profile URL.

Recruiters can login, use search and filters to list candidate profiles based on Department and Roles chosen by candidates.

Candidates should be contacted via LinkedIn or directly if email address and phone numbers have been provided by the candidate.
